*on days marked with a * the GP will be working but may be running a specialist clinic in the AM or PM as indicated and may not be available for routine appointments

Please note: For telephone appointments, you will be given an appointment time when you book your appointment on line. This is a booking time and the Clinician will aim to call you within two hours of the booking time.

Telephone Appointments

We recognise that many queries and concerns from patients do not necessarily require a face-to-face appointment and a telephone consultation can be more appropriate.

We offer telephone consultations for all of our patients, bookable on the day.

When booking a routine appointment, you will be given a time window when the clinician will aim to call you. We will endeavour to call you in this time period but please be aware that this may be delayed if the clinician has had to deal with unplanned emergencies or unexpected issues during other consultations. GPs aim to ring within 2 hours of the appointment time; Pharmacists aim to call within 1 hour of the appointment time.

Please note: You will be given an appointment time when you book your telephone consultation on line. The clinician may try to ring before the appointment time, but will always try twice after the appointment time.

Please ensure that we have your up to date contact details and where possible, please let us know the reason that you are ringing.

The clinician will discuss your problem with you and deal with as appropriate. Please note, depending upon your problem, the clinician may still request to see you in a face to face appointment.
