We can create you an account on MapMyDiabetes as well as referring you to one of the face-to-face programmes if you would like.
MapMyDiabetes
MapMyDiabetes is an online education and support system for people with type 2 diabetes. It can be used on your computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
MapMyDiabetes lets you:
- Learn all about your diabetes
- Set goals to improve your health
- Record your own information
- Keep track of your progress
- Share your information with your GP and Nurse
DiCE (Diabetes in Control Everyday)
DiCE run a variety of structured education programmes for people with type 2 diabetes.
